Place a heaped teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

We recommend adding sweetener or juice to this herbal tea to make it more pleasant. We love a dash of cranberry juice.

If using as a pregnancy tea in the last trimester (over 32 weeks) we recommend no more than 2 cups per day.
