Organic Mint Lovers Herbal Tea Blend - 40g

Peppermint, spearmint and India’s highly revered “queen of herbs” tulsi (holy basil) have been carefully blended to help refresh, calm and restore both body and mind. If you are feeling stressed, need a little pick me up, or some immune support after a cold, this aromatic palate cleanser is the perfect choice, served hot or cold. 

Mint is known for its soothing effects on the digestive system along with both calming and energising properties We’ve added peppermint, spearmint and the sacred Holy Basil leaf also known as Tulsi to give the added unique health benefits to this special tea. Holy Basil is  a member of the mint family and considered to be one of the most sacred plants in India. Together these mint flavours give an overall  tonic balancing effect to body , mind and spirit. 

Add 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water, 80ºc-85ºc (not boiling). The mint family is strong in flavour so use less, opposed to more. Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes then remove herbs. Serve hot or cold. Delicious with a squeeze of lemon.
