Organic Calm and Sleep Herbal Tea

Crafted by our naturopath for both function and flavour, these herbs will help calm, sooth, and foster relaxation. Perfect to sip and soak in a warm bath, or to enjoy a quiet moment with before bedtime. 

Infused with chamomile and lavender for their calming effects on the body and nervous system and balanced with passionflower and lemon balm to help reduce stress and support a high quality sleep. The sweet floral notes of rose petals add to the relaxation effect of this soothing tea.

Chamomile, Lemonbalm, Rose Petals, Passionflower and Lavender. 

Add 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of hot water, 80ºC - 85ºC (not boiling) to a teapot or infuser. Infuse for 3-5 minutes then remove herbs. Serve hot or cold. Some settling may occur, so we recommend giving it a good mix prior to every brew.
