Always consult with your doctor before consuming herbal products, especially if pregnant or taking medication.
Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons per 200mls of hot water, 80ºC - 85ºC (not boiling) to a teapot or infuser plus 2-3 orange pieces per cup. Infuse for 3-5 minutes then remove herbs. Serve hot or cold. Some settling may occur in pack, so we recommend giving it a good mix before every brew.

NOTE: You can place the orange directly into the cup (outside of the strainer) and leave it in the tea whilst drinking, and it will continue to add flavour.
