Milk and sugar really make the flavours sing in this tea. We love to use Panela Sugar for its molasses / caramel notes.
For a stronger cardamon flavour crush a whole cardamon pod with the back of a spoon and add it to your teapot. Uuse 1/2 a cardamon pod if using a teabag or cup strainer.
