Naturopath formulated, our digestive blend embraces the warming properties of ginger and cinnamon, aiding healthy digestion. The calming effects of peppermint and fennel are added along with licorice to help soothe.

Licorice is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or  suffers from hypertension.

Peppermint, Ginger Root, Cinnamon (Cassia Bark), Fennel Seeds, Licorice Root, and Calendula Petals.  Origin: Multiple Origins.

Add 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of hot water, 80ºC - 85ºC (not boiling) to a teapot or infuser. Infuse for 3-5 minutes then remove herbs. Serve hot or cold. Some settling may occur in pack, so we recommend mixing prior to every use.
